Abstract

MSMEs play an important role in the Indonesian economy, as they can improve consumer welfare, stimulate the economy, and raise living standards. However, many MSMEs do not have halal certification, hampering sales, and reducing exports. Students of the KKN at the University of Riau, conducted a service in the form of socialization regarding halal certification to MSMEs players with the results in the form of 8 MSMEs owner who have registered halal certification and NIB for those who do not have it. This research aims to increase the economic growth of MSMEs.
